Need a hand? Or a fin?

SNOEK'EM is made by one person, alongside a day job. There's no support desk, just one inbox, read by the person who made the game: [email protected]. A good report really helps; a reply or a fix can't be promised.

What helps

• Your device, and where you got the game (the App Store, Google Play or a download).
• The mode, the fighter and the arena or story stage.
• What you pressed, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short video is worth a paragraph.

Good to know

• Controls. F1 shows the controls, F2 the move list, F3 Button Config, where you can rebind every key and test what your keyboard reports (some keyboards can't register every combination at once).
• Link Battle. Both devices need the same Wi-Fi network or one phone's hotspot. On an iPhone, allow Local Network access when it asks. No internet is used. Setting it up, step by step.
• A special won't come out? Check the tide: a special needs enough of it, and every round starts empty. Then try the motion a little slower. Angie’s tutorials show every one.
• It's hard. It is. That's why the Debug Play footage cheats.
